Solid Ground Yoga is located in the heart of Midlothian, Virginia. Our studio provides a peaceful place to leave the world behind, if only for an hour or two. Practicing yoga at Solid Ground Yoga is a different experience. We provide a soothing, quiet environment in the studio, unlike the hustle and bustle of the gym. Our class sizes are smaller so that we can concentrate on you, keeping your yoga experience simple, personal, and focused.
